The Jim Beam Suite includes a cushioned seat, waiter service, and free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. You also have an air conditioned lounge with a bar that is only for this section. The suite tickets are generally sold in yearly packages, but you can definitely find them for single game deals.
To answer the question of what kind of value you are getting here, I'd say at full price the value is questionable at best. It would be better if this were for a muggy summer night where stepping into the A/C a few times would be helpful. Free snacks and drinks are nice, but really how much popcorn and peanuts can 1 man have? I have seen Jim Beam Suite tickets for half price on Score Big before, so if you can secure something like that, where maybe you pay $50 - $60 for the ticket, then I think it would be worth it for some of the extra comforts and convenience.
I'd look for a discount and if you don't find it, stick to a more budget friendly seat in the grandstand.
